Except as otherwise expressly agreed, Fully Light tour Travels (Myanmar) Co., Ltd. and its Client / Agent agree that the tour conditions for the services rendered by Fully Light Travels (Myanmar) Co., Ltd to the Client, whether on an individual or a tour basic (or the “Services”) shall be governed by the Tour Conditions set out below and that the said Tour Conditions shall form an entire part of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into between Fully Light Travels (Myanmar) Co., Ltd and the Client / Agent.

PRICE

All prices quoted to the Client / Agent are on a net basic and in United Sates Dollars and valid according to the date specified on the Fully Light Travels(Myanmar) Co., Ltd printed tariffs or quotation or invoice issued to the client / Agent. Fully Light Travels (Myanmar) Co., Ltd. guarantees that the prices or rates quoted to the Client / Agent are correct at the time of issuance but are subject to change in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation and fuel price rises.

GROUP DISCOUNT

Every 16th member of a group will be given one complimentary subject to a maximum limit of 4 members.

RESERVATION & CONDITION

Reservations are to be made to Fully Light Travels (Myanmar) Co., Ltd.

Office in Yangon – Fully Light Travels & Tours  (Myanmar) Co., Ltd.

Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% (thirty percent) deposit is requested, and the total package tour price for the Services should be paid at least 30 days (thirty days) prior to client's arrival or starting date of the tour, or otherwise Fully Light Travels may treat the booking as being cancelled by the client.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by cash and bank transfer. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. If booked less than 30 days from arrival, full payment is required immediately. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Fully Light Travels must be paid by the Client/Agent.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Fees will not be charged for any bookings as more than 35 days or more prior to the arrival of clients unless there any charges or prepayments are due according to the policies of hotels, airlines, cruises' and other contractor’s of Fully Light Travels.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF FULLY LIGHT TRAVELS :

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Fully Light Travels reserves the right to change these cancellation conditions depending on airlines, hotels and cruises’ cancellation policies. We will inform you in writing in case the above conditions need to be modified.

REFUND

After commencement of travel, no refund either in full or part will be given for unutilized services included in the program.

VOUCHERS

Agent’s Vouchers are to be issued for all booking arrangements. A copy of the Client’s itinerary should be enclosed with the voucher and should reach Fully Light Travels (Myanmar) Co., Ltd in Myanmar at least ten days prior to the Client’s arrival or beginning of the arrangements booked.

LIABILITY

Fully Light Travels (Myanmar) Co., Ltd acts as agent for the companies, providing accommodations, transfers & transportations, guide service and other service.Fully Light Travels (Myanmar) Co., Ltd shall in no event be liable or responsible for injury, accidents, loss of damages to person or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, war, additional expenses of inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any service provided or sever weather, civil disturbance, vehicles or industrial disputes and other natural calamities beyond our control. However, the company will make fullest endeavor to keep up the original arrangements as agreed upon to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the client.

CLAIMS

All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such effort would fail, the disputes, claim or litigation shall be finally settled by laws and arbitrations of the Union of Myanmar. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the Services.

DISCLAIMER

In case of sudden price increases or surcharges levied by suppliers such as, but not limited to, fuel surcharges, government tax increases or other unforeseen price increases, Fully Light Travels reserves the right to alter the price quoted in this document or the conditions mentioned.

Fully Light Travels also reserves the right to change any arrangement (including tours, programmes, prices and services) in the best interest of its Client, with or without prior notice.

It may substitute transportation (any other means of transportation) when necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
